The subtitle "The Story of the Town of Cochrane" was changed with a paste on to "This is a story of pioneer people. The saga of railroad building, the hazards of settlement, and the tales of old-timers reveal all the humour, pathos, and adventure of life in Northern Ontario." FIRST EDITION. Signed by author on the front free page. Early illustrations. The DJ is in three pieces with chips and tears. 342 pages.

All books are returnable within 14 days past the estimated delivery date and must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
