Montréal: Fides. 1953. First printing. Softcover. 2 volumes. Card covers with flaps. pp (252); (255) + photos in each; map in each text. Each book a little leaned; Vol. I has fading to the spine; Vol. II has small worn spot at foot of spine and slight rubbing to upper spine fold; VG clean and unworn pair otherwise. This was Canadian scholar and frequent reviewer of French-Canadian literature W.E. Collin's copy. It has his catalogue card laid in in each volume. ; Octavo .

For credit card orders, the US dollar total will be converted to Canadian dollars at the prevailing daily rate. All items are guaranteed to be as described and authentic, and any item may be returned for a full cash refund including cost of return shipping (post office only) if it is felt to be not as described. After 30 years of keeping shop in downtown Toronto, we have now become a home-based business. Visitors by appointment only. We specialize in literary books, particularly Canadian literary books (we have handled more out of print and rare Canadian literary books than anyone else in history). We also have select out of print, scarce, and rare books in a variety of subject areas. We were founded in 1974. We do appraisals for a fee and welcome wants lists.
