Boston and Toronto: Little, Brown and Company, 1960. Stated first edition, 1960. Autobiography of the man who brought children Old Mother West Wind and beloved animal characters from Laughing Brook. Black hardcover with dustjacket. The book is in very good condition with only very minor shelf rubbing, good hinges, sound text block, clean pages with no names or other markings but a scuffed area on the front free endpaper where a bookplate may have been removed. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped [5.00] and has some allover light scuffing and edgewear, a few infinitesimal edge chips, essentially no paper loss.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
