Dust Jacket is in fair condition. It is intact, but has multiple tears on the spine.
Book is in fair condition. A good reading copy. Has a half inch tear on top on spine and another quarter inch tear on the bottom part of spine. Text is clean and unmarked. One signature is askew, but not coming loose.
