Dean Co.; 1979 4to size red cloth bound hardcover with sewn binding and bright gilt titles on cover; 69 pages illustrated with black and white sepia toned photographs. Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis was a founding member of this firm. Table of Contents include: Warren & Brandeis 1879-1896 Brandeis, Dunbar & Nutter 1897-1916 Dunbar & Nutter Era 1916-1937 The Beginning of the Modern Law Firm 1937-1960 The 1960's - We Continue to Grow with the Economy The Last of the First Hundred Years and the Beginning of the Second Lawyer Personnel 1879-1979 Soil/fingermarks on endpapers and on the blank reverso of Brandeis photograph, on title page and blank reverso and we note soil/fingermarks in the margins throughout the book. There is the impression of a paperclip on blank page following fep; Table of Contents page is torn and wrinkled. The center seam where the lining of the inside covers meet is cracked and the bottom stitch of the sewn binding is broken and the binding is loose. . Cloth. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Private Press.
