Acceptable condition; the spine is heavily worn, the edges are scuffed, and the front hinge is starting to crack. All pages remain attached nonetheless. Endpapers tanned and some mild foxing inside, but otherwise, text unmarked. Contains a section of engravings depicting the campus buildings and of presidents Charles G. Finney and James H. Fairchild.
