Duodecimo (18x11.5cm) sprinkled brown calf on 4 raised bands with red gilt-titled spine label (splitting at hinges but held firmly by all cords, tips worn and leather marked) All edges sprinkled red. Imprimatur leaf + titlepage + dedication leaf +[10]pp +480pp collated complete. *Traces ruling families of Europe (Austria, Spain, France, Denmark and over 40 lines of German & other states and the several parts of Italy). In each case how they increased or lost territory, were successful or not with their marriages, deaths, births and even still-births recorded. A neat tight copy, crisp and clean (Wing S892).
