Dublin, 1801. Hardback. Poor/No Jacket. 322 12mo. Written during a residence of twelve years in Cairo and its vicinity. This edition contains supplementary material on the Battle of the Nile and the Egyptian Expedition. Included in this material is a statement of the army for the 1801 expedition (complete but with a tear, and some loss to the margin), and a map (coloured) of the Theatre of War in Egypt. Half leather, marbled boards. Condition notes: Poor. Boards detached, remains of cellotape repairs to end papers, map, frontispiece and title detached, but all present. Boards and leather very worn. Spine very chipped. Map (coloured) in sound condition. Tear to page 256, with no loss.
