Polished tree calf, perhaps early to mid-19c, decorative gilt frames to boards, gilt decoration to spines, all bright and fresh. 2 olive green gilt labels to each spine. Inner hinge of volume 1 slightly cracked but not loose, other hinges sound. All edges red. Marbled endpapers. Scattered light foxing. Small areas of surface damage to 2 rear boards, not very conspicuous. Includes some musical notation. Very attractive binding in fresh condition.
