Amsterdam, 26 December 1810. In French. 1 page 12 x 8 inches, torn in four and repaired by old tape on the back. General Baltus de Pouilly (1766-1845) served throughout the Napoleonic Wars, including the campaign in Russia, and at Ligny and Wavre in June 1815.
