Three quarter midnight blue leather over marbled boards, raised spine bands with gilt spine lettering and decoration, top edges gilt, attached ribbon bookmarks, midnight blue slipcase. Illustrated with numerous tissue-protected photogravures and additional full page engravings. Light edgewear, hinges internally lightly cracked but secure, text blocks firm, pages clean, no names or other markings. The slipcase has some shelf rubbing, no breaks, structurally sound.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good Slipcase. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
