Original blind stamped boards retained, new buckram half binding, new endpapers, headbands and paper spine title by KTB of Old Working Books & Bindery. 8vo. pp. 384. Very Good/No jacket, as issued. Author and surgeon Earnest H. Latham, M.D.'s signature across title page with a small discard stamp from Dartmouth College. Rear board has slightly raised area (pictured) with several edge bumps.
