Produced in a limited edition of 1,50 copies, 1,000 of which were for sale, this being #566 and signed by the author on the colophon. 411, 415-849 pp. 8vo. Brown cloth boards with gold embossed titlinig to spine, top edge gilt, color maps illustrate the endpapers of each volume. Both volumes retain the original clear plastic dust jacket and are encased in a matching cloth slipcase in Very Good condition with a paper title pasted to front cover.
