FIRST EDITION in dust jacket; INSCRIBED & SIGNED by the author on the second interior page. The book is almost fine, with some foxing to the pages. The unclipped dust jacket is darkened at the spine - otherewise fine. A collection of stories, including some featuring a Hollywood agent named Benny Greenspan. The stories were originally published in THE NEW YORKER. Kober was also a screenwriter for film and then moved over to writing TV series in the '50s and '60s. He was also the first husband of Lillian Hellman.
