Amsterdam: Algemeen Handelsblad, [1899]. Offprint. 12mo. Printed self-wrappers; 40pp. Slight aging to text, else Near Fine; but possibly lacking cover wraps. Attacks British policy in South Africa shortly after the outbreak of the Anglo-Boer Conflict. The author was publisher and editor of the Amsterdam political newspaper "Algemeen Handelsblad," where this essay originally appeared.
