Single sheet printed both sides, 5.5x8.5 inches, organization letterhead at top, letter to Churchill front and half verso, list of signatories printed below, horizontal fold crease, 2" closed tear, otherwise good. Twenty-eight names printed as "signatories" (no signatures) of the open letter, most connected with PPU and other pacifist religious groups.
