Description:
New York: Simon and Schuster, 1955. Stated First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good in Good dust jacket. Crisp, clean pages except for four brown specks on the foreedge, a row of brown acid-toning spots along the rear hinge, and lighter, patchy toning on endpapers; the quarter cloth hard cover shows toning around board edges and a small surface chip at the lower right front, otherwise excellent. The dust jacket is modestly toned at flaps and rear panel, with scattered, small scuffs on the front, a line of surface wear at the foreedge, mild sunning at the spine, and some crimping and edge chipping at corners and spine ends, but remains overall clean and striking, unclipped ($2.75), now protected in a removable, clear sleeve. 146pp.
