First American edition, Book-of-the-Month Club issue (with no price on dust jacket) over blue decorated cloth covers. Cloth shows sunning at head and heel of spine. Jacket is chipped accordingly with wear to edges and a dampstain (?) on the front bottom. Pseudonym of Nevil Shute Norway. .
