Light foxing and tanning to panels with slight creasing to fold lines. Mild edge wear to map panels. Tanning heavier to reverse of covers. Binding remains firm. Paper covers have light edge-wear and corner curling with noticeable tanning and scuffing overall.

Mounted on cloth and folded in the original covers, with a front cover illustration by Ellis Martin. The map is in very good condition (minor spotting of the cloth backing); the covers are in good to very good condition (a little rubbed, light mark to the rear cover). Also covers Truro, Falmouth, Redruth, Camborne, Hayle, St Ives, Penzance, Marazion, Helston and the Isles of Scilly.
