Front board with quadruple ruled black borders, spine ruled in gilt. In the scarce original publshers dustwrapper with colour illustration mounted onto the front panel, below black lettering and four line border. Flaps and other panels lettered in black. Original printed price (15/-) on spine has been blacked out neatly. Aside from a couple of tiny chips to the wrapper this is a beautiful fine example of this well produced edition. Contains all 6 "stories" (a total of 24 large pictures) from the We Look and See, the beginning pre-Primer. It would appear that pages 1 and 2 - likely introduction notes, are missing - but ALL THE MARVELLOUS 1950s pages are there. And glorious they are! Clean, bright and fresh, each page has no marks whatsoever - perhaps a touch of age toning and faint signs of handling along outer page edges, otherwise truly fine.
