[i-v],vi-xvi[xvii], [1],2-442pp. 40 black & white illustrations including frontispiece, plus folding key plan and map of Battersea to rear which is torn down one crease. Blue publisher's boards gilt. Presentation copy. Frontis loose with remnants of sellotape on edge. Addena pages taped to one of the endpapers. Inscribed with cuttings by the author and signed and dated 21 Feb 1926 by the author. Bookplate of owner, slight foxing on the endpapers. Some weakness to spine. Original cloth boards, some browning on spine. . Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good.
