London: J. M. Dent & Sons, 1929. Book. Good. Hardcover. No Jacket; 12mo. Publisher's light blue cloth with gilt-printed spine and gilt-ornamented front cover; fading to spine and edges; slight rubbing to extremities of spine and corners; foxing to page edges, endpaper and to pages adjacent to plates; owner's name. Volume 5 of The Novels of Captain Marryat. This volume appears to have been exposed to moisture; most likely from being shelved against an outside wall, rather than direct exposure. As a result, besides the foxing, which is significant on the endpapers, the only indication is a stiffness and waving to some pages.".
