Book Interior FINE/ Covers Near Fine/ Dust Jacket Good. Coated Paper. Boards and spine are blue cloth, lettering gilt, embossed shell on front. Dust jacket is black, lettering white/blue, colour full size photo front and same on back with black border. Dust jacket is NOT PRICE CLIPPED, is complete and in great condition except for front edge. DJ has some age darkening on edges of folds, has some minor edge wear on top and bottom and a minor chip on top and bottom of rear fold edge. DJ spine has creases and chips on top edge and a few dots and lines of white where black colour is chipped. DJ front cover top edge has creases, some small chips, some small folds 1/8 inch H and three rips - one 1 7/8 inch H, one 1 3/8 inch H and one 1/4 inch H. DJ front and back show a bit of rubbing and marks from shelf wear and adjacent book on shelf. Book covers and spine are flat, clean, bright, a 1/8 inch rip at top of spine, no bent corners, some light sunning along all edges and a bit on the back, spine top edge is slightly not square. Page top edges only slightly sunned. Inner end papers are white. Inside of book is tight, clean, bright, clear, flat. The Illustrated Natural History of Canada Series. Lots of fabulous colour photos.
