Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1976. Second Edition. Cloth. Good/fair. 8vo, 234 pages. Olive green cloth-covered boards with silver accents. Firm binding; no loose pages. Small stain on the top edge which does not appear to extend onto pages. Lightly tanned pages. Dust jacket with sunned spine, chips and a stain at top spine that extends a bit onto back; a bit of sticker damage on spine. Dust jacket now encased in a clear, protective cover. New edition complete and revised and with an introduction by the author.
