About This Item
This is a much loved and very worn copy of Heber's poems published 2 years after his death. It is a former library book, and the library had repaired the spine of the book, attaching the original spine on top of the repair. This repaired spine has two two inch rips at the top edge, and the top and bottom inch of the original spine are worn off. The cover is scuffed and the corners are worn off, leaving them rounded. There is a card holder and a stamp inside the front cover along with the names of some former owners, and a stamp on the title page. Many pages are loose and the binding has split into many different sections. The pages are heavily foxed. Yet, all-in-all, for a 200 year old book it is still readable and fascinating.
