A presentation copy inscribed on the front flyleaf "Wm Bignell King from His affectionate Father The Author July 31st, 1833". Bookplate of W James Cutler on the front pastedown, with small stamp of the same name at head of second flyleaf. Some page creasing and general smudges, otherwise a good reading copy. Boards.
