Particulars and Conditions of Sale, Of Freehold & Copyhold Estates, Situate in the Several Parishes of Yatton, Congresbury and Wrington, In the County of Somerset, Which Will be Sold, (Pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery;) With the Approbation of Sir Giffin Wilson, Knight, One of the Masters of the Said Court: In Twelve Lots, At the Golden Lion Inn, In the Parish of Warrington, And County of Somerset, On Friday, The 28th of September, 1832, At Three of the Clock, In the Afternoon. Islington: W. Pass, Printer, [1832]. [4] pp. Folio (15-1/4" x 9-1/2"). Bifolium pamphlet. Light toning and soiling. Horizontal fold line through center, a few minor chips and tears to edges, annotated throughout in contemporary hand. $350. * This auction featured 12 lots. The annotations are records of the bids and the names of the successful bidders. Another in a different hand on p. [4] reads: "1832. Saml. Baker's Acct. of the Bidding and sale." No copies located on COPAC or OCLC.

Warranty & Returns: Any item may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt for any reason; prior notification is necessary and returned items must be carefully packed and arrive safely.
