About This Item

Garden City, New York: Doubleday, 1948. This Stated First Publication is in Fine Condition, with a Very Good Plus dust jacket. (Click on photo.) The book has no noticeable flaws. There are no signatures or inscriptions from former owners. The binding is tight; and the pages, clean and bright throughout. It has a salmon-colored cloth spine with black lettering, and gray front and rear panel boards. The dust jacket, with its original price intact, has light edge rubbing. I've placed it into a Brodart protective covering. The book measures roughly 5 1/4 by 7 3/4 inches and includes 221 pages. The play deals with what might have happened had Britain lost World War II. . First American Edition. Hard Cover. Fine/Very Good +. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
