DJ shows scuffing to the finish on the front but the reason for the low condition grade is there is a large stain on the back can also be seen on the underside both flap show a lot of foxing spots which has also transferred onto the end pages. Red and black cloth boards underneath the clean with only minor edge bumps. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight. The front end page contains stamp from the original owner (Capt. Carl W. Nelson, Redstone Arsenal, Ala.). No other markings found in the book, no handwriting, no bookplates, no remainder marks.
