London: Thornton Butterworth [1924], 1st edition. (4to) 92pp. Very good, no dust jacket. Beige cloth with gilt illustration on cover and spine. Illustrated endpapers, 6 color plates and black and white illustrations throughout. The covers are lightly soiled and have light wear at the corners and top and bottom of the spine, also there is some staining on the front cover near the fore-edge. The interior is exceptionally clean and bright. (Juvenile, Fairies, Illustrated Books).
