Bloomfield [CT]: The Limited Editions Club, 1971. First edition thus (hardback). 4to (29cm by 22cm), xix, 186pp. Translated by Martin Turnell, and with 12 colour plates by Ismar David. Original red cloth spine, white cloth boards, gilt titling to the spine, black card slipcase. The book is in very good condition; the slipcase is a little rubbed. Limited to 1500 copies, of which this is copy number 726, signed by the illustrator on the limitation page.
