Stated first edition with a gutter code of Y38 on final page. Hardcover in jacket, price intact on jacket flap. First state jacket with "1982" misprint on rear panel. Some edge wear with a few tears to jacket edge. Slight sunning to jacket spine. Text is clean and unmarked. Binding strong. Slight soiling to page edges. Light rubbing to boards. Presents well in fresh Mylar. Very good condition. Additional photos available upon request.

Pet Sematary is a 1983 horror novel by Stephen King. It was nominated for a World Fantasy Award for Best Novel in 1984, and was later made into a film.
