See photos for condition details. Hardcover, blue cloth boards with gilt text on front and spine. Exterior shows quite a bit of spotting to the cloth which is caused by the finish degrading. Spine is heavily affected as well. Internal binding is good except for some very small openings at the top of the board hinges, these measure an inch or less. Front pastedown has a small sticker in the bottom stating the book was originally sold through The Organ Literature Foundation of Nashua N.H.. Front end page also has small embossed initials in the bottom right corner which read A.T.O. - meaning this book was assigned to the Association of Theater Organists. Black and white illustrated and photographic plates throughout with colour illustrated frontispiece. Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages and plates have light tanning and foxing throughout. Previous owner's inscription to front pastedown. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Marking to both boards.
