Based mainly on the Pharmacopoeia of the Massachusetts Medical Society (1808). Austin 1500; Garrison-Morton 1845; Norman 1691; Waller 1716; Shaw Shoemaker 2733. Bound in original boards with new leather spine; in slipcase. An early practitioner splashed some non-acidic substance affecting pages 163 / 176. Stock#OB783.
