SCARCE 6 issues of this early fitness magazine, edited and published by Bernarr Macfadden, self-made pioneering fitness trainer and guru, and author of more than 100 books on health and nutrition. Bound in dark purple cloth, the title at spine in gilt rubbed yet legible, the cloth rubbed and worn, internally the contents well bound and Near Fine, with scattered light toning. Numerous photographs and advertisements, 278 numbered pages with approximately 10 pages of unnumbered advertisements at the end of each issue. . First Printing. Cloth. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
