Eaton County Pioneer and Historical Society, 1923. Hardcover First Edition [1923], unstated. INSCRIBED "A.B. Quantrell, compliments of the AUTHOR 1923", but left unsigned. Good+: shows light wear to the extremities, mild rubbing and faint, but pervasive soiling to the panels; a quarter-inch tear in the fabric at the top of the front hinge; a couple of faint dings at the rear panel, near the hinge; the blue background field of the backstrip is very lightly sunned, but the gilt titles thereon remain clearly legible; sparse foxing to the endpapers and outside edges; newpaper clippings affixed to the rear pastedown endpaper.
