About This Item

Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1948. 182 pp. "What the atomic bomb can do to ships, or water, or land, and thereby to human beings, is told with clear implications for all of us by a brilliant young doctor whose job it was to watch for radioactive contaimination during and after the Bikini tests." DJ has a few wee tears to edges - looks good in new mylar cover. Clean and bright, Tan binding with red lettering in very nice condition. No former owner's name. Text is clean and secure, unmarked. A bit of moisture rippling along top of pages. Not a major flaw. A good copy. HC and DJ. Good +/Good +. 7 3/4 x 5 1/4.
