By the 1960s this had become known as the Crosstown Expressway, which was defeated by neighborhood organizations who objected to the damage this would inflict on Philadelphia communities. In Very Good+ Condition: comb binding is discolored; minor rust mark from paper clip at upper edge of front cover and first 2 leaves; otherwise, clean and tight.
