Condition: See description

WOODMAN, OLIVE. NOVELTY. PLAYHOUSE CUT-OUT by Olive Woodman. Springfield: McLoughlin. 4to (10 1/2 x 10 1/4"), flexible pictorial card covers, fine and unused. The text is a narrative about Jean and Dick who decide to build a playhouse out of a large box. There are 4 large glue-backed sheets with color pieces of each room of the playhouse. Each sheet has a stiff card with outlines of the pieces and to be cut out and pasted. There is also one large full page art deco illustration showing the finished house. Pieces are arranged abstractly on each sheet so it is more of a challenge for the child to assemble. Very scarce.
