London: George Allen, 1891. Book. Illus. by COLLINGWOOD. Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition Thus. 4to. complete 2 volume set, with early facsimiles of MSS. and illustrations by the author. Original binding, vellum spine and corners with fine gilt titling, this is an ex public library copy and bears the remains of shelf numbers to the base of the spines, hardback binding with a little general wear to hinges and corners and light marking. Contents clean and tight, edges uncut, a few plates and stamps as would normally be found in an ex-lib. set, no foxing, all plates and text pages clean, no inscriptions. A very good copy..
