New York: Marrenner & Lockwood, 1848. First edition. Hardcover. Good + condition. Scarce work by this New York poet, with a poem dedicated to William H. Brasher, first President of the New York Society of Letters, entitled "The Victim of Consumption".

Small 8vo, 126pp. Red stamped cloth with gilt wreath on front. Slightly chipped at spine ends; scattered fox spotting throughout, small crescent damp stain top edge of late pages, not affecting text. A scarce work for which World Cat locates only copies in microfilm; see OCLC: 11904161.
