About This Item
Vols V-VIII and X to XII; Very slight scuffing on heads and tails but touched up. Spine titles slightly rubbed on 2 of the vols. All pages very slightly yellowed; all edges cleaned. Slight damage on front cover of Vol V has been repaired. Vol VI has a prize plate from a school dated Oct 1899 to Annie Marsland, (name also on 2 other vols). Only Vol XII has printing date 1899. No index. Believed to be First Edition Thus. Very Good in Plastic./None.

Any "plastic" is easily removable, it is not adhered to the book nor to the dust jacket. We do not use sellotape nor any other tape which discolours. We restore books where necessary and describe ONLY EXCEPTIONS to a perfect state. Faults in expensive books are described in huge detail. WHEN RESTORED the majority of "faults'' are visible only with great difficulty and certainly NOT in an image. To avoid misleading you we include few images. Please be guided by the very full descriptions. If no faults are described in a cheaper book, please be guided by the Condition. RESTORATION SERVICE.
