About This Item
New York: Leavitt & Allen 1858. (Hardcover) 639pp. Very good, no dust jacket. Decoratively stamped brown leather with titles in gilt, bevelled edges, and raised bands on the spine. Knurled inner dentelles, coated brown endpapers, all edges gilt, steel engravings with tissue guards. The binding is rubbed, the front inner hinge is cracked and there is a dampstain at the corners of the last few pages. (Poetry, Poetry).
