He served as executive director of the Texas Economy Commission in 1951-52 and was principal adviser in public administration at Seoul National University, Korea, from 1958 to 1960. He was also a two-term member of the Austin City Council, serving from 1949 to 1953, and he was mayor pro-tem during his second term.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Blue buckram.
