Stauth looks at the two very different attempts in Indonesia and Malaysia to introduce these new policies. This is an ex library book with stickers on the spine and inside front cover and stamps on the text block, front end paper and title page, most of which have been obliterated by black felt tip pen. The binding is tight and the text clear with no tanning. The book was originally a paperback but has been rebound with a laminated hard cover.
