Philadelphia: Dufour Editions, 1958. First Edition. Fine in bright red cloth covered boards with lightly tarnished gilt text on the spine. An octavo of 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches. In a very good, price clipped dust jacket with several small chips from the upper edge of the spine area. A review copy which was sent to Time Magazine with a letter (enclosed within this copy) typed and signed by Paul J. Dufour and dated "11/19/56". 188 pages including an index.
