New York: George Wiley & Sons, 1886, & 1887. A Third Volume was published, ca. 1888-9, but is not offered here. Large 8vos., original light brown cloth patterned with leaf design, bevelled edges, top edge gilt, all edges cut. Previous owners name/place/ and date of 1888 on endpaper of volume one. Cloth is chipped at the spine ends of both volumes, and the spines are darkened, corners are a bit frayed and worn. Very good. Two volumes only. NCBEL III, 1351, gives incorrect dates..
