Off., 1965]: 22 p. in pocket on inside back cover. First Edition, 1965. Scarce Title. In Near Pristine Slipcase. Inked note in the hand of the well-known scholar, George Kish: "A gift from President Johnson at the White House, Sept. 29, 1965" on recto ffep. 1/2" close tear to fore-edge ffep with lightly foxed half-title and blank recto of p. 47, else, no wear. Clean, tight and strong binding with no underlining, highlighting or marginalia. Green cloth with gilt lettering to front board and spine, and green cloth slipcase with laid-in photographic illustration.
