New York: Simon and Schuster, 1990. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/good +. 352 pages with index and two black and white photo sections. The autobiography of the great writer and director of Hollywood's screwball comedies of the 1930s and 1940s, put together by his wife from his detailed journals. Blue boards with red spine, silver titles on spine and blindstamped imprint on front cover, blue end papers, red errata card laid in. A little edge wear with minor bumping of corners and spine ends, top edges of cover a little faded, interior pages bright and clean, binding tight. White illustrated dust jacket with black titles on front cover and spine shows a little tanning, light edge wear, minor spotting, not price clipped.
