Foxing to first and last blank, crease to top corner of final blank and last 10 pages of index, 2cm tear to outside margin of index page 559/560, text is otherwise very clean throughout. The revised and greatly enlarged second edition. A first class example in a fine later binding. Overall condition is Very Good Plus. Size: 5.25 x 8.5 inches (13.5 x 21.5 cm). Hardback.
